Synergy Sports Operations is home to some of Northern Colorado's most active youth sports clubs, elite training programs, and lacrosse media coverage.
From weekend tournaments and league games to camps, clinics, and podcast production, there's always something happening, and always a story to tell. We're looking for driven, creative students who want to build real portfolios doing real work.
Photography Intern
Capture the action, atmosphere, and athletes across Synergy's clubs and events.
You'll shoot game action, camps, portraits, and behind-the-scenes moments used across our websites, social channels, and marketing materials.
Ideal for students studying photography, journalism, or communications, or self-taught photographers with a strong portfolio.
Videography Intern
Film gameplay, hype reels, event coverage, and player features for Rocky Mountain Lacrosse Media (RMLM) and the broader Synergy brand family.
You'll work with modern gear and modern workflows, capturing content that reaches thousands of viewers each week.
Graphic Design Intern
Design social graphics, event flyers, apparel concepts, and marketing collateral for multiple Synergy brands.
You'll work within established brand systems while getting room to bring fresh ideas.
Great fit for students in graphic design, visual communications, or marketing programs.
Video Editor Intern
Turn raw footage into finished content: game highlights, weekly recaps, athlete features, and social clips.
You'll work closely with our videography and marketing teams to produce content on regular deadlines. Familiarity with Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is expected.
Who We're Looking For
- Current high school or college students
- Passionate about sports, media, or both
- Reliable, responsive, and eager to learn
- Able to commit to a hybrid schedule (some on-site, some remote)
- Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends when events are happening
- Portfolio or work samples ready to share (doesn't have to be professional — school projects, personal work, and volunteer work all count)
