- 4x All-State Lacrosse Player at Ravenscroft School (Raleigh, NC)
- Played lacrosse at Gettysburg College, a top-ranked DIII program under Coach Hank Janczyk
- Competed in 2 NCAA Lacrosse Tournaments with Gettysburg College
- Assistant Coach at Colorado College (2 years), helping the team gain national DIII recognition
- Head Lacrosse Coach at Dawson School since 2011 with a career record of 123-75
- Led Dawson to the 4A State Championship at Mile High Stadium in 2016, 2017, and 2018
- Named Colorado State Coach of the Year in 2016 and 2023
- Named BoCo Preps Regional Coach of the Year in 2013, 2016, 2017, and 2018
- Named Foothills Conference Coach of the Year (2017) and Northern Conference Coach of the Year (2023)
